I have listed it as"used" since it has obviously been stored in its original box along with a Repair Kit(which contains two(2) Range Adjusting springs(0-50 and 0-100 PSI) and other parts) for a considerable period of time. According to the accompanying"UNCONTROLLED PRINT" dated March 11, 1976(see Photo 7, above) the enclosed Repair Kit(see Photo 3) and Item 3 of"REPLACEMENT PARTS"see Photo 5) it seems that the Regulator is ranged for 0 to 15 PSI(because the Yellow Spring is not in the Repair Kit) I did not perform a test to verify the range so the winning bidder should start at the low pressure to be on the safe side.
