Bore Master water well drilling rig attached to my thomas skid steer(quick attach) it also has a three point hitch attachment. Included is a mud pump.190ft of pipes,and 3 drill bits 6" 8" 12" I added 4 extention legs to the rig it was sitting too close to the ground so this way i raise it about 12 to 16 inches and use the legs to level the rig,also inside the legs i drive 4 rodes(included) to stabilize the unit while drilling in case you hit something,that way you don't have to recenter the rig it stays put. When drilling i detach the skid steer from the rig just the hydraulic stays connected. I bought it brand new 2 years ago from bore master stored it for winter in my shop and i digged 5 holes last year and now no more use for it. I am very impressed with the speed this rig can dig,the rig is in top condition and also ... morethe mud pump. Any question feel free to ask. just for your info i had this unit ship from Alabama to Canada and it cost me approx 700.00$ plus custom. The ClimateMaster MultiProtoCol(MPC) Heat Pump controller is designed to allow the integration of ClimateMaster water source heat pump equipment into Direct Digital Control(DDC) systems. The MPC controller has the ability to communicate through a choice of three widely used protocols: BACnet MS/TP. Johnson Controls N2. Or Modbus. The protocol of choice for the particular system is selected by simply configuring DIP switches on the ClimateMaster MPC controller. This flexibility allows one controller. The ClimateMaster MPC, to be used in a multitude of buildings which use any of these three common protocols. The MPC serves as a node of information processing between the ClimateMaster heat pump and the DDC network. See Figure 1 below. The MPC commands the heat pump to heat or cool based upon sensor inputs. The MPC then monitors operation of the ... moreheat pump and communicates the operating parameters to the DDC network. The MPC will always work in conjunction with a CXM or DXM controller. Which also resides in the ClimateMaster heat pump control box. The MPC has factory pre-loaded application software which allows optimal control of the ClimateMaster heat pump equipment. The MPC can run in stand-alone operation as well as with the DDC network. Therefore. When the ClimateMaster heat pump arrives at the job site with the factory-installed MPC controller.
