This"motor controller" board assembly contains three boards that perform various functions involved in controlling the start up. The speed and slow down of the main drive motor. The MRK. The NEK, and the TRM-2 are all parts of this assembly. This one came off of a Quickmaster. This one came off of a working press and should be in good working order. The picture shows 2 pneumatic ram assemblies that are used on the Heidelberg Quickmaster/Printmaster presses. The difference is that one has a longer stroke then the other. Deivery Gripper Bar for Heidelberg Quickmaster/ Printmaster 46 Press
They are used Gripper bars for the Heidelberg Quickmaster or Printmaster presses. And I have three(3) to sell. They are used, obviously, and I will make an effort to clean them up as I have started to do with this bar, however they probably will not look like new bars. These bars are very difficult to disassemble and clean. You have to knock out a pin and about half the time you end up destrying the bar in the process. I'll tell you three things that really matter about these bars; 1) the bar will be straight. 2) the parts of the bar will be in good shape. Including the springs and fingers. 3) the gripper pads will all be brand new. This sale price is for one(1) bar each.

Moisture Metering Roller for Heidelberg Quickmaster Print Unit #2
I'm not 100% sure of what they call this roller. It's a metering roller I think. For the second head moisture unit in a Heidelberg Quickmaster press. It's not flawless. There are some light, very light scratches in the surface, but no indentations. It seems to oscillate well. It is a Rilsin shell roller, and Heidelberg is mighty proud of these babies! I've been told by people who have priced similar rollers that they go for well over $2000. Almost $3000! Unreal! I know for a fact that it would cost me around $300 just to recover this roller. Insertion Roller Assembly for Heidelberg Quickmaster and Printmaster Presses
This is the entire roller assembly that drops into position over the blanket cylinder and between the two plate cylinders of the Heidelberg Quickmaster or Printmaster presses. It's outer drive wheels have the one way clutch's in them. And are very expensive. They look really good! The whole assembly looks really good, I can say like new. Oh, it is a"used" part but it's a very good deal if you need to replace the one you have. All the plastic wheels are shinning like new. Most of the assemblies I see in the field have missing or broken plastic wheels and the drive wheels are dirty and or chewed up. If yours is in bad shape, buy this one and you will be glad you did! Heidelberg Quickmaster and Printmaster presses can both use this control panel assembly. The entire assembly as shown includes the mounting bracket. The control panel PC board and button membrane and the emergency stop switch. This panel is completely functional. They go for around $3600 for a new one.

Main Drive Gear Assembly for Heidelberg Quickmaster or Pintmaster Presses
This main drive gear assembly is for a Heidelberg Quickmaster or Printmaster press. A belt comes off of the drive motor up to this assembly on the outside of the frame. It's shaft goes through the frame to a helical gear that then contacts the impression cylinder gear and drives the press. I have seen the pin that holds the gear to the shaft become so worn that it can throw off the timing. I have also seen the worn pin accompanied by a damaged shaft and or gear. This assembly will run you around $2000 if you have to buy it new from Heidelberg.

Heidelberg calls this the"HVK" board. I call it the"fuse board" because it has six fuses and three or four circuit breakers. There are also some relays that help this board distribute power to the vacuum pump. The pneumatic compressor, the powder sprayer and the work lights. This one is or will be out of a Printmaster.

Drive side Gear set for Heidelberg Quickmaster / Printmaster press
This is a set of used cylinder gears. With the helical teeth, that fit on the drive or operator side of a Heidelberg Quickmaster or Printmaster press. This set came off of a Quickmaster and while I do think they will also fit the Printmaster, I'm not absolutely sure of that. You will receive(1) impression cylinder gear, 1) main unit plate cylinder gear, 1) second unit plate cylinder gear, and(2) blanket cylinder gears. The blanket cylinder has two gears on the operator side. One helical and one straight, I'm giving you both. The pictures you see here are of the gears that just came off of the cylinders, and are still dirty. I wanted people to see them this way. I will soon clean them and add another picture. These gears go for around $1500 a piece new. This could make repairing that press with a bad gear a cost effective project after ... moreall!

This vacuum pump came out of a 1999 Printmaster press and is in good working condition. The same pump is used in both the Heidelberg Quickmaster and Printmaster presses. And like just about anything Heidelberg sells, they are mighty proud of it! These babies retail for around $5,800.00. I actually put this vacuum pump in a customers press recently to aid in troubleshooting a feeding problem. It worked just fine.

So they should be better then a set your having trouble with. You know the actual roller piece is mounted into the assembly at a 5 degree angle and sometimes the rubber will begin to show that angle, you will not see that in these wheels. The price is right for a relatively inexpensive"get you going" set of rollers. New they run close to $500.each, or that's what I've been told!

I was recently asked if I had a tail clamp for the second unit of a Heidelberg Printmaster or"QM46-PU2" The answer is.Yes I do! I pulled this one out of my press today. It looked a little dry so I sprayed it down with WD40. I know that it was working fine right up until I took it out of production. I could not come up with a new cost of this"assembly" only an old price for the actuator arm. That arm used to go for about $325 all by it's self.

Everybody needs replacement knobs from time to time. You will get a couple of the smaller knobs used in many places on these presses. A couple of knobs for the lateral and horizontal adjustment of print unit two, and one ink crank handle.
