As a consequence, I have to charge a minimum of a $1 handling fee on everything I sell, to cover eBay's additional 11% Obviously, they should stay out of the shipping fees, but since they're the only game in town, there's not much else I can do about it. Of course it doesn't end there, afterward PayPal, takes a fee on the total eBay transaction to include, insertion fees, picture fees, listing fees, final value fees, and now shipping charges. Combined, eBay and PayPal on average, take 20% of everything I sell, every month! Further, we sellers have to buy and store most all our shipping supplies like, paper, ink, glue, envelops, boxes, packing and tape. Finally, in order to keep shipping costs down, we have to expend our time and gasoline to drive to the shipping facilities. The rip fence is included but the 13mm blade wrench is not. As you can see it is in cosmetically used condition but it runs great! The motor runs strong and the bearings run smooth and tight. In fact, it runs better than my considerably more expensive Porter-Cable saw! The cord has a small cut in the outer insulation(see ... morephoto) I chose not to tape it myself for illustration purposes. If you ever do any masonry.
