The single phase ranges in horse power from 1/6 to 10. This has full load current, wire size, starter, circuit breaker, and fusible switch information. The other side has three phase information. It ranges in horsepower from 1/2 to 200. It has four sections for 200, 230, 460, and 575 volts. This measures about 6 1/2" by 3 3/8" This is used. It has some scratches and wear.
