Here's a vintage Victor 315 welding torch handle with a Victor 2450 cutting torch. The tip is a newer Victor 2-1-101. This is a recent estate sale garage find. And I have not actually tested it. If I blow through the oxy end, air passes through only when the handle valve is depressed. When I blow through the acet end, air does pass through to the tip without depressing the handle valve. I not sure if that's good or bad, as I'm no welder. All the valves work smoothly, although the oxy valve turns pretty tight. Cosmetically, it has that old tool look finish, and shows a few typical use nicks and scratches here and there. I see nothing cracked, broken or bent. Used) All original Victor equipment. I measured the threads for the tip and it is 1/2 in diameter and it has 9 threads per 1/2" and it is tapered. A size 20 tip came off of it and the elbow attachment does say 20-T45. The valves seem to be fully functional as well. The handle is a 315 series.
