Victor Oxygen Regulator. I tested this unit and it functioned well. Gauges work as they should. The only flaw that I could find was that the fitting that attaches to the tank has a flat spot on the sealing surface so you have to tighten it down hard to make the seal. Oxygen Regulator. I cannot find a name on this unit but the construction looks very similar to the Union Carbide that I have listed. I tested this unit and it functioned well, the low pressure gauge works as it should but the high pressure gauge is off, reads 400 when off the tank and reaches 2000 when installed on my tank.
