Hagerman Bugle phono preamplifier with DC regulator board. Has LM4562 Op amps in the first 2 positions Burr Brown OPA2134 in position 3. Works well. DC regulator board is set up to run off DC supply rails. Uses LM337 and LM317 regulators. Could be adapted to AC power. I had this inside my line stage amplifier however decided to go to an out board phono solution. A continental US auction.
