Wall wart, DB25 male to female cable, a breakout board for the digital IO and a really ancient CD with operating software for Win3.1 and 98 on it. Software for XP is available for free download from the IOtech website. I bought this in like new condition and had it operational on an old laptop with a parallel port and it is fully operational.
