This cabinet has some minor scratches and scrapes. The temp gauges do not work and the top temp control knob took a hit and it wobbly but does does turn the power on and off. The top and bottom cabinets both heat up. I did not test this with a thermometer to see if they hold a specific or a constant heat. THis is not sold as a ready to use cabinet as it may or may not be.
