Fraureuth AG was one of the biggest of high standard porcelain factories of the Germain Reich. It is used but in good condition with no chips. Cracks or breaks. It is green with gold rim and feet. The vase measures 1 1/2 inches in diameter across top opening. The vase measures 2 1/8 inches wide. The three footed base measures approximately 2 1/2 inches in diameter. Bernardaud Limoges Creamer, 2 3/4 inches, rare, excellent condition
Vintage Bernardaud Limoges Creamer. Very rare- in excellent condition: no chips, stains, cracks, or crazing. This is vintage so there may be some light utensil marks. Also the rims on the backs of the plates show the most wear with occasional scuffing- no chips. I have included a picture of the cream and sugar together so you could see what the set looks like. The sugar bowl is also available for sale We found this at an estate sale in Huntington Beach. Ca and have been unable to identify the pattern. The china has been in storage for at least 10 years and belonged to a famous editor at the now defunct Herald Examiner. I know that it is not a contemporary pattern as I have checked the Bernardaud website. I have also checked my resources of discontinued websites and can not find this pattern any where. I have now written directly to Bernardaud ... moreasking for their help in identifying these pieces. This could possibly be a special order china. I have included pictures of the full place setting and the serving pieces. I have at least eleven full place settings, soup bowls, fruit bowls, and more than 14 serving pieces. Mark & Butherz Carlsbad Hand Painted Bird Plate 1840 Snipe? 8 1/2 Inches
Beautiful antique hand painted plate from Mark& Buthertz Carlsbad. This is an 8 1/2 inch plate featuring two birds. I'm not sure if they are snipes or not. The plate is hand-dated 1840 on the back and is marked in a donut mark in red ink. There is a stress crack on the plate that cannot be felt with my fingernail and is very hard to see. You have to put the plate under very close inspection to notice it. The plate will display beautifully! I will be listing several other antique plates from the same estate. Be sure to check them out. I may be able to combine shipping on some items if it doesn't jeopardize their safety in wrapping.

A beautiful'Fuga' turquoise blue glass bowl by Orrefors of Sweden. This bowl measures 3 1/2 inches in diameter and 2 inches tall. It is in perfect condition and has Orrefors Fuga etched on the base. The FU GA line from Orrefors was made with a technique created by Sven Palmquist in 1957 and involved spinning the glass rather than blowing or molding it. Centrifugal ... moreforce created a uniquely symetrical design. It is just possible to see the faint lines th is technique creates in the glass. Rather like the lines on a wheel thrown pot. This is a rare Orrefors Fuga finger bowl(or small bowl) by designer Sven Palmqvist. The Modern Fuga series won Sven Palmqvist the Grand Prix at the Milan Triennale of 1957. The Fuga line was a combination of domestic and functional glass ingeniously made using centrif ug al force. The mid century modern design bowl is done in a smokey blue almost royal color crystal that has a wonderful long ring when pinged with your finger tip.
