These doors are in superb condition considering that they are about 60 years old. The U.S. initials stand out nicely. This single dial#1 size door measures approximately 3.5 x 5 inches and is designed to mount on hinge pins attached to the post office box frame. These doors were originally made of brass. Due to war time materiel shortages these were re-manufactured in the 40s using a zinc alloy rather than brass. The light silvery color is a nice contrast to the standard brass doors. Size is 35" wide by 53" height by 15" depth. Two glass front doors with beautiful wood fretwork on fronts. The fretwork can be removed if you prefer a plain cabinet. But it would mean removing the glass and interior molding that holds it, in order to reach the fretwork. Left inside door has a latch at the top to secure it. There is a keyhole in the right door but I do not have a key. I have used this as a curio cabinet, with thee three shelves as shown, but it INCLUDES 13 SHELVES total. I believe this was probably a music/periodicals cabinet, but it can also be used as a bookcase or curio cabinet with less shelves. Shelves ... morehave unusual metal guides on sides(removable) to attach them, and shelves slide in. Up for auction is a Marmo t Swallow Tent. This tent is made to accommodate 2 people through 4 season weather. The tent has been used. But the inner tent is clean with only some minor dust here and there. It is in fantastic shape with no holes. Rips, or tears. And all of the zippers run smoothly. The poles are nice and straight and so are the tent stakes. The rain fly is in good shape and is free of holes and tears. With good zippers. It is bit dirty with small black spots on it. The seam tape is also turning white and stiffening in some places. I've tried to take a lot of pictures to show the condition of the tent. Doors do lock, but I don't have the keys so you could either change the locks, or have a key made if needed. They are unlocked at this time so you can open the front and rear doors with no problems. Cabinet is also on wheels for easy mobility. Overall dimensions are approximately 23”W x 36”D x 51 3/4”H. Cabinet does have several scuff marks and scratches from use and storage, but is in overall decent condition and functions well.
