Legacy CNC Arty 58, Used, 3 HP Water Cooled Spindle
This is a lightly used Legacy Arty 18 x 58 x 9 with 5 axis milling capabilities that was purchased for a small woodworking company that is closing. We purchased the machine in April of 2013. This unit has the upgraded 3HP water cooled spindle. As opposed to a traditional router(like a Bosch or the like) The machine comes with the laptop shown in the picture. Hi this is a custom made cnc z axis for large platform cnc router or mill? I got this for my diy cnc project.But its too advanced for a first time build. It is 15-7/8 long total length has custom machined mount for the water cooled spindle. It comes with a 23" lead or ballscrew I dont know the manufacture for the lead or the spindle the linear rails and the bearings are Hiwinn, there are 3 bearing covers that I have no Idea what the purpose of them is? 1 is missing they are machined well however.
