Jensen C15-N F speaker (1) Vintage 1966 original smooth cone Pro amp 2 Available
Up for sale is One(1) Vintage Jensen C15-NF speaker. Made in 1966. There are Two(2) Available and they match. These are original Jensen drivers. With a smooth cone for increased Bass response and are an ideal replacement for many vintage amps, including the Fender Pro Tweed, Ampeg Gemini and more. These came out of a 1960s Magnavox console: both pass a click test and both give a DC Voice COil Resistance of 4.8 Ohms on my Fluke DMM. Both speakers have the same codes: C15-NF C8197. 906084-1, 220640- indicating that they were made by Jensen in the 40th week of 1966. Both are in excellent condition. With no damage to the cones. The only negative is that the gasket has lifted in one place on the second speaker. The first buyer will get the first speaker. The second buyer will get the second speaker(with the lifted gasket) Shipping: Each speaker ... morewill ship bolted to a sheet of 1/2" plywood. Inside a box the correct size, with Styrofoam. That box will be placed in another box, with more Styrofoam, to prevent any damage in transit. these are very rare prussia ware bowls-even the more common flowered patterns are listing for over a hundred dollars each nowadays!and these bowls have the gold edging-so i don't know if that makes them rarer or not!they have the desired red mark-and they are cracked with age(not by accidents!they have never been dropped!these bowls are at least 100 years old-and have survived 6.5 to 7.0 california quakes!gotta let em go before i go- or the big one hits!this has been a bad year for me healthwise i've been in the hosp. However, this was long gone when I acquired the fixture. Without knowing what the original color was, I decided to leave well enough alone, and simply gently polished the brass. The cast-iron components(the arms, finial, and chain flourish) seem to retain their original gold finish. Wholly restored and with new wiring. Heavy-duty, antique, door locksets made by"Yale& Towne" of Stamford CT around the turn of the previous century. Each set consists of 2 bronze knobs, 2 bronze escutcheons, 1 steel mortise lock with bronze faceplate, and 1 spindle with 1 setscrew and 1 securing pin to connect the knobs. All bronze parts are solid, heavy, thick, cast bronze, not flimsy wrought/stamped bronze or plated iron.
