The drive has some sort of encoder on the end as can be seen. I have run this motor on my own DC Variable Speed Drive unit and works as it should. The motor has sticker residue and what looks like scuffing or rust on the casing, and has some of the black paint worn/chipped away. However, it is in very good condition, overall.
