This is a pair of used high capacity. Right angle Davall gearboxes. We counted their gear ratio and our best guess is about 17:1. Our best measurement on the shafts is ~7/8” small shaft and ~ 1 1/2” large shaft. These items were removed from a very large CMM machine that was working when it was decommissioned for obsolete electronics. These gear boxes were used in the drive wheel unit to move a large precision granite measuring bridge. They have a tiny bit of surface rust from storage and can be readily move by bare hand, but we have no idea how much wear is on them or if they nead the oil replaced, so we going to sell them together AS-IS and price them low.
