You are looking at a used Pentax-to-Sony NEX focal reducer! This focal reducer(otherwise known as a speed booster or"lens turbo" adapts Pentax K glass(lenses with aperture rings only. As it has no aperture control) to Sony NEX/E-mount bodies, reducing the image by 0.72x. It essentially turns a 50mm f1.4 lens into a ~36mm ~f1.0 lens, which on a crop sensor camera, performs close to what a 50mm f1.4 lens would perform as on a full-frame system. If you haven't read about these before. I'd recommend doing some research before you buy! This is a generic version(same as many of the ones you can order from China) and exhibits a faint"blue" color shift in the center when stopped down and pointed towards light sources. As far as I'm aware, this is a normal problem, and this particular unit exhibits significantly less ... morethan the first-generation focal reducer I previously owned a year ago. But it still exists to a degree. Images end up being sharper in the center than towards the edges, but since these are primarily used to increase DOF of a given focal length, it tends to be less of an issue. This is a manual-only adapter, no auto focus or aperture control is supported. Do research before you buy. Because no returns can be accepted for this item. This item is in great physical condition. And there are no major signs of wear on the glass. The coating on the glass is intact, and there are no scratches. The adapter is a little dusty from normal use. See photos for details!
