This is a vintage Bodine gear motor. It weighs about 5 pounds! Picture 2 shows a gear ratio of 144 1/2: 1. I have been trying to research this motor to get more information on it. The box that it was shipped in had a postage date of 1945. So it seems safe to assume that this was manufactured in 1945 or earlier! I noticed another ebay listing for practically the same motor. Item 230823122795, in much worse condition, for $125 plus shipping! I verified that this motor works!
