Up for bid is a 1950’s Bodine Electric Co motor that was used in a 1950’s Seeburg jukebox. It is a model KCI-42. The motor was used to cycle the upper select mechanism. It will work with most Seeburg machines from the 50’s. Overall it is in good condition with general surface wear. The motor moves freely. It was working when I removed it from the jukebox. It is a 117 volt motor. 38 amps, 1600 RPM, and 60 cycles. See pictures for a better idea of condition.

This includes a vintage industrial wooden crate from the Bodine Electric Company in Chicago. Illinois. The Bodine Electric Company has a rich American and Chicago history. The company started building motors in the early 1900s which continues today. These terrific hardwood crates once carried parts around their factories and joined technicians on service calls. They show original company lettering as well as nicks and patina from a lifetime of service. The crates are structural sound with metal banding on the ends for strength. They also have clips on the top that allow the crates to interlock and stack. They measure 24 ½” long. 18 ½ wide and 6 ½” tall and weigh approximately 12 pounds.
