This is a used 1/3 or 1/9 HP Emerson Electric Motor model number S63NXSSE-6954. It is 115 Volt. 1 PH, 1725 RPM or 1140 RPM. It is 5.9/3.7 amps, thermally protected, non-reversible CW. rotation shaft end. The motor is attached to a small metal stand. The stand looks like it is intended to swivel on each end. It has a jury rigged male plug attached to the original power cord from the machine. It also comes with a belt for the pulley end. I plugged it in and it runs fine. Matched Pair 1725 STERLING Silver Goblets LONDON TIMOTHY LEY
1725 Thomas Ley Sterling Goblets This auction is for an original matched pair of Sterling Silver Goblets. They were made by Silversmith Timothy Ley and carry the London date code for 1725. They measure approx. 6 1/2" tall. Each. Both have a light wobble at the base as well as having some minor dings to the body. The interesting thing with these goblets is the color. They look like a burnt. Brownish copper color. Standard silver polish does nothing to remove this coloring. The goblets have been tested for silver content and both are positive for sterling. It's possible the goblets have reacted to some sort of chemical substance, fire or other unknown fate. The interior of both were once almost filled with wax. I've removed the majority of the wax from one and the other still has some remaining. As you can see, the silver is shining ... morethrough at the interior bottom where the wax was removed. The bottoms of each will show light scratches/scrapes where the silver test was conducted. I will guarantee these goblets are sterling silver as well as the silversmith and having the correct date code of 1725. Inspect them. You must have 3 phase power to operate this motor. 3 Phase Volts 220/440 1725 RPM on 60 cycles Amps:1.6/8 This motor is double shaft. Both shafts are 1/2" diameter 1 3/4" long. In the picture there is a safty cover over one shaft. The cover can be remove easily if you need to use both shafts at the same time. The cover can be put on either end of the motor if only one shaft is being used. We tested the motor on our winding analyzer and it passed electrically on all tests. We ran the motor. It ran fine. Powr / Power Kraft 1/2 HP 1725 RPM Vintage Motor / OC 144
Hello Folks. Today we have a Powr/ Power Kraft 1/2 HP 1725 RPM vintage motor that I removed from a lathe. I took it apart onsite, and when I got home hooked it up to test. Now the A-B reversing switch will only work on Reverse side, but the toggle switch on motor reverses the motor direction. Next time, I will take a picture before unhooking wires. You are buying this motor"As Is" since you will need to fix/ repair it. The motor runs fine, one direction only, I do hear a faint ticking sound. This motor has a 10 foot long 16/4 cord.
