1970's SAFAN hydraulic brake, three phase, bends up to 1/4" metal plate
Holds ten thousandths of an inch on bends. Nothing broken. Tooling in good condithion. Perfect if you are starting out and can't afford a more modern cnc brake. I acquired this brake when a machine shop was updating their equipment. This vintage machine was being used the day they removed it from their warehouse. We hired a tow truck to haul it. Because I believe it is too heavy for a one ton forklift. It has three phase electricity, and my shop does not. We bought a transformer for it, but electrical limitations have made further progress difficult. I would LOVE to keep this and use it! It does, however, take up a good deal of room, see photo of the safan next to a 1500 chevy pickup! It is approx 4' wide, 6' long, and 6' tall. Up for auction is a panel mount fan about 12" square. 230v single phase connection. The fans are off european equipment but will work on North American power(were under power at my shop. Please advise an electrician if you are unsure how to wire them up. 230v single phase 128w(or 0.5 amps) I am unsure of the CFM but they do blow a lot of air and were used in a laser tool cabin as exhaust fans and then I used them for a clean room after I acquired them. T" models include a timer panel with a 0 to 5 second weld timer and power on/off switch and come with a 10 ft(3 m) input power cord and 10 ft(3 m) interconnecting cord.
