Removed again when the original fan motor was determined to be all right. After all, and kept as a spare. Was hard-wired into unit. So 2-wire plug was removed. Has a short ground wire attached. Amps 3.2. Thermally protected, Open Housing. It's the only replacement motor I could find. After much research, to replace the stock, proprietary fan motors in the ElectriMaid or MicroAir air cleaners. The originals had three speeds, but I always placed them on High Speed anyway. I not only had to duplicate the speed. Shaft diameter and casing diameter, but also the three mounting legs for a near exact replacement, which is what took me so long to research. Includes wide rubber"grommet" ... moreplaced over the shaft to help prevent dust from clogging the rotor. I had only one problem with this replacement fan motor in my air cleaners and that was that the shaft was too long. So I cut off a bit. I sheathed them in shrink wrap to protect from stray current. Will need you to do final wiring, I created flying leads for testing purposes.
