Vintage rare blue Modess 5 cent sanitary napkin vending machine. Measures 8 1/2" deep at deepest part. 27" high, and 5 1/4" wide. Red empty flag is up in window. Is numbered- looks like 1297. There is no key- so we can not look inside, and the crank does not turn. Appears to be missing a plate on top front- there are 4 small holes in metal. Machine is in good condition, but does show normal wear for its age. Great piece for the vending collector! Free shipping

It has been repainted a lighter blue color than the original dark blue, which can be seen on the back and inside of the machine. KOTEX” is embossed in the metal case on the angled top. See photos. Big Chief Condom Vending Machine Up for auction is this vintage condom vending machine. This machine was manufactured by HL Blake Co. In 1950. The make of this machine is under"Big Chief" which also made Big Chief condoms back in the 1950's. It stands 30" x 9" x 5 1/2" It comes with two keys. One locks and unlocks the door. The other is for the change box. Both locks are in working condition. The inside. From what i can tell is complete. please view pics) The original sticker on the front is still intact and in good condition. On the back of the machine is a partial sticker which reads" Joy2 wall mount prophylatic vending machine" right above that is $485.00. You wont find many. If at all, condom vending machines this old and in this condition. Its rare to see any that are 5 cent.
