This is a beautiful piece of furniture- really nice condition sewing cabinet/end table. This spool cabinet has 2 drawers and a lift top with a remove-able lift out tray that has small and large compartments. Thimble holders, etc. All of the metal brackets are attached to the top as well as all of the interchangeable wood holders and some alternate type of holders also included. This piece measures approximately 27" 13.5" deep and 18" wide. It is in overall good condition, plenty nice to use/display as is, does have normal small nicks, finish wear, etc. for it's age. Older tool stand Band or Table Saw Mobile Lift Kit Wheels Original
This unit was taken from an older tool stand. The wheels were missing save one. It is included in order to find 4 suitable replacements. The“Double S” foot lever retracts 4- ½” pins allowing the wheels to come in contact with the shop floor for moving. Or lowers the 4 pins to raise the wheels and put the saw in a stationary position. The four corners literally bolt onto a square frame of either metal or wood. Distance side to side is roughly 26” plus. Distance end to end can be modified to suit the tool. There are two bushings missing from the“slave” side but are easily duplicated using the other bushings on the“master” side as patterns. They could be turned on a metal lathe or an“XY” tool equipped wood lathe. You could also use a“flanged bronze bushing” to make the”slave” corners functional. The only thing missing is the rod and connectors ... moreto tie both master and slave sides together. The links on both units would give you the pattern and the rod would be any length you desire to fit your tool. The square shafts extending from one corner to the other are 1/2" square. These mobile lift kits seem to be rare on restored tools. This table has hydralics underneath that allow it to lift or tilt upward. My understanding is that sheets of glass were brought here to be cut. Vintage 1940s Industrial PORTELVATOR Lift Table 1500 lbs Hamilton Tool Co
Up for bid is a vintage and very desirable industrial lift table called the PORTELVATOR. The table was manufactured in the 1940s WWII era by the Hamilton Tool Company of Hamilton. Ohio. The lift table is made of all steel, superior welds and includes 4 cast iron wheels. There are 2 identical product plates on one side of the table. Sometime in the past the table was painted its current blue color. The original color was a light green commonly identified with the 1930s Depression era and often seen on industrial machinery through 1930s to the 1950s. There is some visible occasional surface rust. Be assured there are no penetrating rust holes. Cracks, deterioration or material defects.
