Here is a cord reel made by CM. It has 40' of 16/4 wire on the reel and 20' of 12/4 supply wire. It has a swivel base. It can be set to retract if used for a trolley application. There is a lever that is moved depending if you want the cord to retract or not. I tested the wire for continuity and all is well.

Steel Hoist Rigging Master Links/Rings & Pad Eyes/Made in Germany/Industrial
The master links measure 7.5 inches long by 4.75 inches wide by 1 inch thick and weigh 4 pounds each. The pad eyes measure 8.25 inches long by 2.5 inches wide by 3.5 inches high and weigh 6 pounds each. The bolt pads are 1-3/16" thick and the bolt holes are 1.25 inches in diameter on 6 inch centers. These are metric and made in Germany. The rings and pads both have the number"8" on them. There is some paint flaking off but nothing major. These are heavy duty picking eyes that were used twice.
