These units are in very nice shape and will increase your direct mail output tremendously. The feeder unit is a Rena Easyfeed LI unit which has a veritable speed controller and can be set to either manual mode or automatic mode. In automatic mode. It interfaces with the address printer via a shared data cable and only runs when it is prompted by the printer. In manual mode, the feeder runs constantly. The address printer is a Rena Imager XT 3.0 and is the same unit as a Hasler HJ3600P. This printer has an extremely low lifetime count at only 190,000 prints. These machines are built to handle tens of millions of prints over their lifetime. It was being used as a stand alone unit in a warehouse to fill/process large boxes with dry goods for distribution. The entire system was dismantled and stacked in the lot where you see it now in the pictures. It is located in Casa Grande Arizona. The system was set up in a large square configuration with 3 corners and 2 lift up gates. Actual width is 37" but I think it considered a 34" wide conveyor system. It is complete with everything to include the straight secitons. Gates, corners, adjustable legs and bolts. It will be easy to reassemble. It has been rained on a couple times with some ... moreminor surface rust on a few of the rollers but it will clean up nicely. The corners have a back guard to prevent boxes from falling off. I have included pictures of the manufacturer's labels of the straight sections, corners and gates. I dont have a clue the weight capacity but it looks heavy duty to me. OVERHEAD CONVEYOR chain track system plating coating dipping painting conveying
I have for sale a track chain conveyor. Conveyor as set up has a 132 hanging points each one is 14" apart for a total of 154' of conveyor and track. also included is approximately an additional 40' of chain and rollers. The track is constructed of 1" square steel tubing, conveyor can be set up pretty much however you like, the way we had it set up it was mounted to the ceiling at about 12' in a race track fashion approximately 11' across and 66' long, one side of the conveyor dipped down to about 80" for about 30' and then traveled back up to the 12' height. We used this conveyor system for a multi step process where we would do the first step loading the conveyor with parts and then do each consecutive step until finished with the process then starting over. Would be ideal for a paint system or ... moretransporting parts from one location to another. There is on driven pulley that has a DC motor and 3 idler pulleys witch go in the other 3 corners of the conveyor. Could also be configured as a 2 pulley or 3 pulley system Baldor DC drive is included in auction. Winning bidder can buy whole system including track, pulleys, drive pulley, chain and rollers/hangers DC drive, or I can ship just pulleys, chain and drive and you build your own track. The drive, pulleys and chain will fit on one standard skid where as with the the track will require a special pallet approximately 20' long or I could cut the track section in half for a skid that could be 10 foot in length. the whole system probably weighs about 600 lbs so check shipping rates before bidding. If you choose purchase whole system there will be a charge(probably around $50)for me to build a skid to ship. I have item listed as local pickup only but it can go by freight.
