Our Food
We fly fresh food into riverside airstrips in the middle of the wilderness! This detail is crucial to maintaining freshness and wonderment in our unforgettable wilderness gourmet. Having fresh produce, cookies, bread, cheese, and ice until the very last meal (which is eggs benedict on the last morning) of a 6 day river trip is a luxury that is often overlooked in the wilderness.
