Here is a New Haven Columbia Regulator 30 day movement in very good shape for it's age. I have run this clock with the proper 28" pendulum and it does run fine. It could use a proper cleaning though. This movement has both the US and England trade mark stamps. I do not have the second hand. I only have the hands that you see in the pictures. Everything is original as far as I can tell. Rather an identification tag for an auction house, appraiser, violin shop, etc. Although I do not have a professional COA, I am convinced it is an authentic Jan Boumeester based upon Boumeester's pronounced scroll bosses, and finely executed scroll, f hole and edge work. The violin is in its original Baroque form. En lieu of a COA, the'Buy it Now' is approximately 1/2 current low end market value.
