This is a original parts book for the JI Case 15-27 crossmotor tractor. It is in used condition and missing the cover and pages 1 and 2. It shows all of the parts for these tractors including both early and late features. It also show the options available like the PTO and all of the different lugs for the wheels. This catalog measures about 9x12 inches and has 68 pages. It is heavily illustrated as can be seen. This would be an indespensible tool for anyone who is restoring or using one of these tractors as there are comprehensive measurements along with part number for most of the parts included in the book. These original catalogs don't turn up very often anymore as a great many were lost to the woodstove back in the day! Davis & Kidder’s Patent Magneto-Electric Machine - 19th C. Quack Medical Device
I have a wooden box housed device with a large paper label inside the lid for- Davis& Kidder’s Patent Magneto-Electric Machine For Nervous Diseases. Patented Aug. 1. 1854. The label has the 2 endorsements by Dr. Silliman and Prof. Page found on earlier manufactured examples as I understand it. The directions are also given at bottom center of the label. Below this is another paper label glued to it with- Sold by Eaton Brothers. Agents, 34 Liberty Street, New York. The patent date is stamped on the top edge of the wooden box and on the brass frame inside. It looks to be complete except for the lock front and key. The crank does turn the(solenoids? though the old string belt slips and sometimes it needs a push start. Turning the crank on front produces a mild electric shock to the patient who is holding the 2 metal cylinders in his hands. ... moreThe strength of the current is controlled by the speed of crank turning along with pulling the brass button on the left end of the box which controls a metal bar sliding on the magnet. The cylinders appear to be connected to the machine by braided brass wires. I haven’t tried it! The device was manufactured by W.H. Burnap of Lowell, Mass and this is also stamped on the brass frame inside. The brass cornered box is intact and solid. It measures about 9 7/8” long x 4 1/2” wide x 4 1/2” high. No Local Pick up. This is an original magneto mounting bracket for a Twin City tractor. It is in excellent condition with no cracks. Breaks, or repairs of any kind. I believe it is for a 12-20 but may fit other sizes as well. It mounts with two 1/2 inch holes 3 5/8 inches apart on center. It is part number TW 228F. The magneto mounts to it on a 2 x 2 inch bolt pattern. If yours is broken, repaired, or missing here's your chance at a nice one. It would even make a great spare on the shelf. This is a rather tough to find original Webster magneto ignitor bracket for a Stover hit and miss gas or throttle governed gas engine. It should fit the Stover engines from 1 1/2 to 3 horsepower. It mounts with two 7/16 inch holes 2 7/16 inches apart on center. Please measure your engine to be sure it fits your application. It is bracket number 303K87 and is in near perfect condition with no cracks. Breaks, or repairs of any kind. There is almost no noticeable wear on the movable shaft. The points are in excellent condition and will last a lifetime! Everything works as it should and this ignitor bracket is ready to be used on an engine. It would also make a great spare on the shelf. This is an original Fairbanks Morse Type XV4B7 four cylinder magneto for an old engine or tractor. These were used on four cylinder Wisconsin engines and probably several others. It is in used condition and fresh out of an old farm workshop. It is a flange mount magneto. The magneto is clockwise rotation and it is loose and turns over. The leadout towers are in excellent condition. It has not been tested and is just the way it was found. All of the parts for these are available if you choose to rebuild it. These magnetos aren't that easy to find in the wild or even at swap meets so if you need one for a project or for a spare here it is. The pictures tell the story. Good Luck.

Original ACCURATE R IHC Mogul 6hp Type M Magneto Brass Mag Steam Ignitor NICE!!
This is a very hard to find Accurate R single cylinder low tension magneto. It was factory equipment on the International Harvester 1. 1 3/4, and 2 1/2hp engines. It was also used on the very early 6hp Type M engines and was an optional attachment for the vertical Famous engines, the 2 1/2 and 4hp Famous, and the 1hp Titan and Titan Jr. engines. It is an oscillating or trip magneto It is in used, as found condition and will need some attention before using it. It has a brass body which seems to be in excellent condition except for a slight crack on the inside of one of the mounting holes. This is very minor and will not affect anything. It mounts on a 2 inch wide bolt pattern and the threads in the mounting holes are in perfect condition. It has been completely gone through and has new bushings in both ends. The armature turns over nicely ... morewith excellent magnetic pull and it puts out a hot, fat, blue spark that is sure to start and run your engine if it is set up properly. It has a new name band on it but should have an Accurate name band on it to be totally correct. These are available from the hobby suppliers rather inexpensively. These original Mogul magnetos are tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets and they usually require several hundred dollars worth of repair work! Avengers 49 February 1968 Magneto Quicksilver Scarlet Witch Hercules
Normal 0 This auction is for Avengers 49 from February of 1968. In this issue. Hercules battles Typhon while Magneto manipulates Quicksilver and The Scarlet Witch into leaving The Avengers. The Avengers line-up also includes Goliath. Hawkeye and The Wasp. The story is by Roy Thomas and the art is the rare instance of pencils and inks by John Buscema. One of his best in my opinion. I am the original owner of this comic and it is one of my all-time favorite issues of Avengers. It was well read but also well cared for. The book has a slight spine roll on the upper portion but is flat at the bottom. The cover has a tiny bit of edgewear at the top and bottom. A crease to the right of Hawkeye’s body which extends into Magneto’s hand and a crease in the lower right corner as well as some edgewear there. The tiny tip of the bottom right corner had ... morebeen turned up. As can be seen the in photo but I carefully made sure it was turned back down when I put it back in the bag for its new owner. I included a photo of the rebagged turned down corner as well. The cover shows general handling wear under reflected light but still has a gloss and vivid color. The crease in the bottom right hand corner has corresponding fold marks on the first few pages. This can be seen in the photo of the splash page and the photo of Hercules confronting Typhon in deserted Olympus. The interior pages are yellowed but creamy and clean and still have bright color. The staples are firm and secure. This is a great copy of this rare book and means quite a lot to me. So I hope some Avengers fan will give it a good home! There may be a reddish glow in the center of some of the pictures; this is a fault of the camera and is not present on the actual books. Also. If it looks like the comics bend at the lower right corner or are not flat in some pics, that is because they were photographed on a music stand. The story is by Roy Thomas and the art by George Tuska. I am the original owner of this comic. It is the 2nd Avengers comic I ever bought and was well cared for. The book shows general handling wear under reflected light. More across the middle of the book than at the top or bottom. The white is still very bright although if you compare the white of Aragorn to the very top of the book. You can see it has yellowed slightly across the top. There is a crease just to the left of Aragorn’s nose and an indentation just where the color ... morechanges from blue to black on the Black Knight’s right knee. There is some edgewear along the spine from the middle to the bottom and there is also wear at the edges of the top staple. But both staples are firm and secure. There is an extremely faint crease in the top right corner. A crease just to the right of the Wasp’s outstretched arm and a couple of tiny light marks below the word Black in the title banner at the bottom. The interior pages are lightly yellowed. Creamy and clean with bright color. There may be a reddish glow in the center of some of the pictures; this is a fault of the camera and is not present on the actual books. Also. If it looks like the comics bend at the lower right corner or are not flat in some pics, that is because they were photographed on a music stand. The Avengers line-up also includes Goliath. Hawkeye, Hercules and The Wasp. This issue also features the first appearance of Dane Whitman. IHC Magneto Model LB 3-5 hp Gas Engine Steam Tractor
This magneto fits an International Harvester Company Model LALB 3-5 hp gas engine. The no. is WICO AH212. The mag's armature shaft turns. The 3-1/4" dia gear has 24 teeth. All in good shape. The flange mounting bolt holes are 4-1/8" on center. The points are good. It is missing the spring that makes the gear snap. This is the only missing. When I spin it by hand, I can see a spark at the point. After replacing the spring, it should give a spark at the plug. There are no breaks or welds. This mag just needs a little cleaning, a spring replacement and nothing else. Buy more than one item and I'll pack together IF space allows. To save you shipping costs. HARD TO FIND HOT TYPE R ACCURATE IHC MAGNETO HIT & MISS GAS ENGINE FARM L@@K!!!
You are bidding on a hard to find. Type R Accurate low tension magneto correct for IHC mogul engines, fits the 1hp, 1 3/4hp and 2 1/2hp. It is also correct for 6hp IHC M engines, but you would need to change the gear. The gear that is on it, is for the Mogul engines. There is a small chip where one of the flip oilers screws in. Also, the band has been soldered back together. The mounting threads in the bottom are perfect. The mag has some wear in the armature, it could probably use some new bushings. I tested it for spark and it does produce a nice blue spark, I had this mag on a Mogul engine and it ran the engine fine, only reason for taking it off the engine, was because I wanted a brass R, which I now have. You are bidding on a hard to find. Model PR Wico magneto. These mags work great, better than an EK in my opinion. This one is in very nice shape, and has good spark. The lead out tower is pretty bad, but I'm including a brand new one in the sale. The only thing this mag is missing is the front cover and I'm almost sure you can buy them new from a number of suppliers. The coils look like NEW, they very well could be, it looks like this mag has been gone through in recent year, and it appears like they did a great job, I believe the man I bought it from said he sent it out and had it rebuilt, but I can't guarantee that. Has a very nice original nameplate, that's nice and crisp, not faded or beat up at all. If you need a PR, don't pass it up, these are few and far between! Feel free to ask questions! RARE WEBSTER MAGNETO AND BRACKER FOR STOVER 303M20 HIT & MISS ENGINE FARM L@@K!
You are bidding on a very hard to find Webster M magneto. And original bracket for a Stover engine. I usually would separate the magneto and bracket, but the magneto and bracket are special to each other as you can see. The trip arm roller is mounted on the magneto instead of the bracket. This is a rare combo to find! It needs a little TLC, it's not ready to use. The movable electrode on the bracket is free, but the magneto armature is stuck. Needs some soaking and maybe a little heat. I see no cracks, chips, or repairs on the mag or bracket, which is pretty rare for a pot metal mag! If you need ignition for your Stover engine, here is your chance. You see the brackets pop up for sale on occasion, but finding the correct mag with the special side cover is very, very rare. Western Electric 48A Telephone Magneto Restored. The 48A is considered one of the most powerful 5 Bar magnetos. This magneto is particularly powerful as it produced over 120 volts while hand cranking fast on my voltmeter and is one of the most powerful of this type that I have found. Magneto was completely disassembled, cleaned and oiled with proper dielectric oil. Gears and all hardware are pristine. Cranks very smoothly. Original decal on bar.
