We have mostly used it for mowing hay and are selling for some cash towards a less loud tractor and a batwing mower. Clutch could use some attention as it slips. Oil pressure and water temp seem to be the only working gauges. No fluid in the tires. Has duel hydraulics but one set is plugged. John Deere 730 Diesel. Electric Start, Industrial, Standard! 1 of 2 Argentina Built Yellow 730 Standards Known to Exist! Factory 3 Piece Front Weight Set, Factory Power-Steering, Factory Dual Hydraulics, 1 Set of Factory Rear Wheel Weights. Excellent Brass Serial Number Plate Just Below the steering wheel on the Dash Casting. This Tractor is about as Unique and as Rare of a 730 as you are going to Find. Currently we pull start the tractor, there is No Battery in it, Pull it 5 feet and she pops right off. It is Running in all of the Photos. Power-Steering Works, This is a slightly different power-steering system than the Waterloo-Built 730s, and it works well. The Dual Hydraulic System is also different in the fact that both of the Remote Outlets are held in place on a factory bracket on the flywheel side of the tractor. This Standard and ... morethe other Yellow 730 Standard Known to Exist Never Had Fenders from the Factory, it does have a retro-fit cab on it off of who knows what, I would personally just remove the cab if I was going to keep the tractor. It has Very Unique and Correct 34" Rear Wheels and 18.4x34 Tires. Front Wheels are 20" and have 7.50x20 Front Tires. This is what you would expect for an Industrial Use Tractor. It has had a lot of use over the years. Areas of repair that I know it will need is the transmission will currently only operate in 4th gear. It will shift into all of the gears fine, but any other gear if you put it in gear and push the clutch ahead, it wont move, if you put it in 4th gear and push the clutch ahead it moves fine. The Pivot Plate has been welded. The Decompression Pedal has been welded but functions properly. Front Hubs have some of the wheel bolt threads stripped as I see nuts on the backside of the bolts. It does have the Correct Black and Chrome Hood Emblems Still in Place. It appears the head has had some work done on it recently as it is bare metal and not painted. The Tinwork is Fair, Certainly repairable, I wouldn't replace it unless you already had some bet

This auction is for an original brochure on the John Deere Model 430. 630, and 730 Canadian Special combines available in Canada in 1968. this brochure is in good shape with some wear to the covers and a bit of pen writing inside, not bad, see pictures. This is a rare brochure and hard to find in any condition. I spent many days combining with a 630 John Deere and it always gave a clean grain sample and was very good on diesel fuel. These were my favorite Deere combines. The 730 had a huge capacity for it's day. This brochure is 8 inches x 9 inches in size and has 24 pages. The part number on the back is A-1750-68-2 Zw. Up for auction we have a 1965 john deere 4020 serial number Snt233r095298r. I bought this tractor with the intentions to fix it up and I just never got around to it. Nor do I have the time. The tractor turns over and has good compression but I haven't tried to start it. It is going to need some fuel line work. A fuel filter, and the oil cooler that goes in front of the radiator. The last owner told me that it got parked because the oil cooler went out on it. So it is going to need attention on that side of things. The transmission shifts into all of the gears good and the clutch moves as it should. It has a rockshaft. It came with a set of lift arms for it but they are rough as pictured. It has the original toplink bracket that is usually missing. It has a pto and hydraulics. It is missing the seat bracket, all of the seat suspension ... moreis there tho. All of the tin work is what I would say is rough. It could be fixed but it is in tough shape, it's as simple as that. It's dented and would need straightening. The knee is good on the right side. But the left hand knee has been broken and repaired in the past. If I was going to restore it I would get an after market knee for it since they are available. It has the correct Highcrop oil pan and radius rods. The radius rods need some work aswell. The rear drops are in good condition with no breaks or welds that I could see. The rear tires hold air, but the fronts are junk. They will need to be replaced. So As you can see this needs some tlc and could be used as is again or it could make a nice restoration project. It would even make a good parts tractor for the Highcrop parts to be transferred over onto a 4020 in better shape. If you have any questions feel free to give me a call at 815 901 2231. Up for auction I have a 1959 john deere 730 diesel standard serial number 7312904. I bought this tractor with intentions to finishing restoring it since all it needs is paint. I just can't find the time so i decided to sell it and finsih up other projects. Both motors are 100% The pony motor fires up and runs perfect. I just put all new ignition parts in it and rebuilt the carb. It idles and revs up nice and smooth and doesn't smoke. It sounds good and starts the big motor with ease. The big motor fires up as soon as you let out on the decompression lever. It sits there and runs smooth. Doesn't smoke, blow oil or anything of that sort. It has good power and bounces the front tires when it's idling. The injector pump and injectors were gone through not long ago. The power steering works with and correctly. The clutch was just ... morecompletely redone and works perfect. The transmission goes into all of the gears as it should and doesn't make any excessive noise. All in all the tractor is mechanically excellent and low houred. Nothing is worn or shot on the tractor. It has a brand new set of Bf Goodrich tires all the way around. The fronts are 7.50/18s and the rears are 18.4 30s. The rear rims are also brand new and were replaced when the new tires were installed. There is over 2 grand spent on just rims and tires. All of the tin work is good and straight and would clean up easily. And look like new. It is rare to find a tractor in this good of shape. Both cosmetically and mechanically. All of the mechanical work is done. All it needs is a coat of paint and it will be perfect! Up for auction I have a three bottom hydraulic lift plow. It is all compete minus a cylinder. All of the bottoms appear to be in ok condition but I did notice that the second bottom will wed a new shin. The rear rim is junk so it will need to be replaced. The front rims are the original round spoke rims in good condition. The colters are there and not missing. All in all it's a decent old plow. Throw a tire on it. This tractor is running in the photos, it runs very good no smoke and sounds great, the pony motor always starts, it does smoke a little but it will fire up the big motor instantly, the big motor fires instantly, it is full of power and runs great, the tractor has a single front on it, you can leave it like this or put a rol-a-matic or wide fronton it, it has a original upright air stack on it, the three point hitch is original, and in good condition, the transmission, clutch, PTO and brakes work very good, it has a float ride seat, also has a cylinder hanger, the rims are good and solid, the rear tires are 18.4/38 they are 50% tread and in good condition, the tach. works and reads 4150 hours, the sheetmetal is good and solid, you will find a few dings but it is nice, the grill screens are ... morenew, paint is nice not a show tractor but a nice tractor, it has the rear light on it but it does not work, the charging system does work. Up for auction I have a low production 1950 john deere MI serial number 10255. The motor turns over. The clutch operates as it should and the transmission shifts into all of the gears. The nose cone is junk and the hood has some dents. It has the correct mi fenders and they are in good shape. All of the tires hold air and don't leak down. It has a set of front wheel wieghts which are hard to find. The tag says mi on it so it is the real deal and not a plain m that had been painted yellow. The tractor does have some welds on the front end and some flaws here and there. This tractor sells as is where is with no reserve so don't miss out last minute on bidding. LI 1941 IL 11-13 This hard-to-find and good running. Black dash 1958 John Deere 720 LP is in far south Texas by McAllen, TX in vegetable country. It will sell to the highest or fastest bidder. 1958 is the last year the 720 model John Deere. It's called the black dash as the last year of the 720 had 3-4 mechanical improvements over the earlier 720 models in addition to having a black dash so that is why they are referred to as that as most die-hard John Deere enthusiasts know. It is one of the few factory John Deere 720 LP tractors made and one of the few survivors of the last 50 + years on this antique collector classic. This 1958 John Deere 720 has Power Steering and 3-Point as you can see and it does run good with no smoke or engine or transmission noises. But we couldn't get it started for a video. There is a problem with the coil. ... moreAnd the battery doesn't hold a charge well. It will pull start and if you are a out of state buyer we have no problem mailing you mail a small deposit and the balance on delivery. This tractor was recently sent in and had a full engine overhaul 66 hours ago. This tractor gets used regularly to rake hay at least twice a week and works out very well. This tractor would be very easy to get to show quality as the sheet metal is very straight. There is a ding in the nose cone that would be easy to remove. John Deere 730 Mexico Made
Up for auction I have john deere 730 made in Monterrey Mexico also known as a"736" Serial number 7307070. They made just under a 100 of these tractors total in Mexico so they are very hard to find! I bought this with intentions to restore it but I can't find the time to do it. So I've decided to sell it. The motor turns over and has compression. I'm not sure how long that it's been since it last ran. But the previous owner did tell me that it ran when it was parked. It is an electric start model and all of the correct electric start parts are there except for the starter. It has the correct float ride seat which many of the Mexico tractors didn't come with. Most of them had standard non float ride seats. It has a factor three point on it. It does have a couple welds on it tho. It looks to be all compete except ... morefor the starter. The tractor has potential but will need a fair amount of work to get it back in good shape. The clutch lever bracket has been broke and they welded it back on where they usually brake. I have one in non broke shape that I would sell to the new owner. The good and nose cone aren't in too bad of shape. They are both fairly straight with just a handful of smaller dents. The tin work would clean up very nice tho. The tired are all shit. The fronts are junk. One rear holds air and the other one was holding air a month ago. This is a rare John Deere as there were only 345 total made. The tractor was restored about 3 years ago and original John Deere Paint with hardener was used. It has the original John Deere look and not a shinny auto paint, it does as you can see in the pictures look like it just came off the assembly line. The tractor has new 18.4-30 rear tires and decent front on it. The tractor also has the rare 3-Point option for a standard but does not come with a top-link. Tractor has float ride seat with the arm rests. There is a minor gas leak as it will slowly leak out about 10% over the course of a month and a half. 1959 John Deere 730 Gas Tractor serial number 7304926. This tractor starts and runs good it is running in the photos, no smoke and good oil pressure, it is a gas model which was rarer than the diesel with only 3506 produced, the tractor has a rol-a-matic front with good working power steering, the front rims are John Deere rims, the brakes, clutch transmission all work good, the PTOand Hydraulics work good, it has a float ride seat, has spark plug covers, the fenders are new generation fenders but they do have the correct brackets for the two cylinder, has lights and they do work, has a cylinder hanger, the tach works and it reads 3559 hours, the three point hitch is a original one and in good condition, the paint is original, the sheetmetal is solid, the hood is very good the grill has some dings in it but not bad and would restore easily, ... morethe rear rims are solid but there is a little rust just starting by the valve stems will last for many years or can be repaired if you are going to restore the tractor, rear tires are 15.5/38 at 40% older tires with some checking, will last for many years if you are going to put this tractor to work, the manifold need a gasket as it will leak a little, the starter has been rebuilt, this is a nice starting running and riveing tractor, no breaks or welds on it, put itt o work or estore it not many gas models were produced. Up for auction I have a john deere three bottom trip plow. I believe it to be a model 55 but I am not a plow expert so I am not sure. The plow wS used two years and did a great job. It did a nice clean even job. We pulled it with our john deere G and it did great. The bottoms are in good shape and aren't worn through anywhere like they usually are. They still have a lot of life left in them. The counters are still in good shape aswell and all three are there. It had the correct and origin around sole rims that are in good shape. It also has the rare and hard to find steel tail wheel. They are most often a rubber tired tailwheel. I didn't see any breaks or welds on the plow anywhere. Up for auction I have a 1955 john deere 70 diesel standard. Serial number: 7033257. The tractor runs excellent. The pony motor hasn't ran in a few years so we just pull started it. It starts up within the first 10 feet. The motor has great power and doesnt use oil or have blue or white smoke. The pony motor turns over but will need a set of pints and a carb kit before it will run. The clutch works good and it shifts into all of the gears as it should. The brakes work aswell. The tractor has power steering and hydraulics. The hood and nose cone are in great shape and would clean up nicely. The rear fenders are in solid shape. The right had fender does have some denting on the bottom of it. Other then that both fenders are in great shape. The original dust shields that extend off the platform are still on the tractor and are in good shape. ... moreAll of the rims are in good shape and all of the tires hold air and don't leak. John Deere 24 volt starter rebuilt 730 830 Diesel
Up for sale I have a rebuilt starter for John Deere 2 cylinder diesel tractors. This starter should be correct for 730 and 830 diesels. And can be used to convert the pony-start tractors to electric start(with necessary brackets, etc) This was gone through by a local rebuilder, and should be ready to go. The bill says he installed a new solenoid, a new starter drive(bendix) installed a reclaimed(used) brush holder, new brushes, and pole screws. There are 2 issues however. One, the battery cable from the solenoid to starter has been wrapped with"cold shrink" tape(I did not have a new cable made because I was told this cable was a common replacement and was not original to this unit, and I figure whomever buys this unit will find an original(or resto-quality replacement) to match with the rest of their wiring, and problem#2 is the ... morebrush cover band had a hole worn through it, and the rebuilder covered the wear spot with a little black silicone(He told me he does not have a supplier that offers the wide band like on this starter, and he did not have a good used one to replace this one. I will include a photocopy of the reciept from the rebuilder that did the work to this unit! FEEL FREE TO MAKE AN OFFER. THE WORST I CAN DO IS SAY NO. I could go on about the item. This is a Precision#13 John Deere#730 tractor with the Gold Coin& Booklet with history& specifications in original box& Styrofoam protection material. I see a little dust on unit but looks like it has never been out of Styrofoam base. Box has a couple small rips& top of box has been in sun& picture is faded to a blue green color. Rest of coloring is nice. This Precision model is made with much more detail& moving parts& for display more than playing.

Up for auction I have a john deere unstyled g serial number 6728 which makes it a 1938. The tractor usually starts on the 2nd turn but sometimes it will flood out and I just end up pull starting it. The main reason to this is that I don't know the proper techniques to hand starting a tractor. The tractor runs our good tho and had good power. The clutch works as it should and it shifts into all of the gears. The brakes work good aswell. This tractor is a low houred North Dakota tractor so it is in very excellent shape. The radiator is full of good clean antifreeze and it does not leak. The gas tank is good and clean. The rear tires are in good shape and have matching tread. The rear rims are in good shape aswell. Up for auction I have a 1969 john deere 4020 side counsel model serial number T213r 215136r. The tractor starts up instantly without the need of ether when it's cold out even. The motor has good power and seams to run out good. We've been using it around the farm for random tasks and it always operates as it should. The steering works good aswell as the clutch and brakes. The transmission shifts into all of the gears as it should. The tractor has dual hydraulics. It has a factory rops and canopy in good condition except for a square hole in the canopy that could easily be patched and you would never notice that it was there. The hood is in good straight condition and would clean up nicely with minimal work. It had a dent on the front nose but other then that it is in good shape. 1960 model John Deere 730 Diesel Electric Start Standard. Serial# 7323519. This is a nice original 2 cylinder. It's the direct start electric which works awesome. This tractor starts great even in the coldest weather. It is running in all the photos. It has just a little wisp of smoke when it idles(as do our other diesels) Matter of fact I jumped on it today and it fired right up. It's been since last August we've run it! It holds good oil pressure and sounds tough. I changed the oil this weekend, and it still came out clean after sitting for six months. Anti freeze is still up too. The power steering is smooth. Tranny is quiet and so is the gearing. It's has new gauges, steering wheel and pto shield assembly. It's still an unrestored nice original and will need a few things like a battery box, the lights and wiring. they're ... morethere, but not working) I put on new fuel gauge and sending unit, but I still cant figure it out. The pony motor starts and runs good and starts the tractor. No issues. The diesel engine on the tractor is currently running on one cylinder. One of the valves popped the head off the valve so it does not build compression. Should be an easy fix but the head will have to come off the engine to fix it.

Up for auction I have a 1958 john deere 730 propane. The tractor starts up by the push of the button and runs great. I have been using it around the farm the last couple weeks and it runs great and has lots of power. It will idle down to the point where you can almost count the fan blade revolutions. The transmission shifts into all of the gears and the clutch operates like it should. The charging system charges and the wiring is in pretty decent shape. The brakes stop on a dime. It has a factory three point hitch in pretty good condition. The powers steering works. The tin work is good and straight. It wouldn't take much work to make it perfect. The rear tires are in great shape. They are about 75-80% tread remaining. It has a nice set of original front 1268r rims. It is real dry underneath and no leaks seen. Just changed the oil last month and also recently put new front tires on. There are several small dings in the sheet metal here and there like on the nose and the side and one front panel and the pictures should all show this along with the video. No bad dents but it has more than a couple little dings as the pictures will show. But it starts and runs real good.
