This auction is for the clamp and bolt for the top mounting on an IH magneto or distributor on the smaller tractor models like A. B, C, super C and cub. Comes with an original IH bolt. Both were badly rust pitted. I glass beaded both and painted the clamp red. The bolt head has a lot of rust pitts. The threads are good. Nebraska residents pay 5.5% sales tax. No shipping to Canada. IH Farmall Rear Red Dot Work Combo Light 6 Volt Tractor Cub A M 340 400 Super
This is a rear work light from an old IH tractor. The light was on a Farmall Cub but I do not know if the light was original for the Cub. The light is a 6 volt and has a red dot lens inside. The top of the light is stamped GUIDE R8-50 and the lens reads GUIDE TRACTOR LENS 5936059 15. I am listing the light as[For Parts or Not Working] because I do not know if the light works. The wiring looks good and switch seems to work fine. The red dot lens has a bubble on it probably from the heat of the work light bulb. The red paint on the housing is dull and scratched but is not dented. The lens is not broke and it still looks good. There is some surface rust in places on the light and the mount. The gasket should be replaced because it is torn and missing a piece. The work light bulb is missing. The light is not perfect but would be good for parts ... moreor maybe clean it up and put it on your tractor. The light will need some paint to look nice. Please look at the pictures close. Former owner rebuilt motor and put high comp pistons in so Hp is stronger than a stock cub,good clutch, oil pressure is very good, brakes work good, all lights work,mower works well with very good blades, belts on mower are ok but will need replaced soon,tires have age cracking but hold air,i put new tube in right rear, front tires are loaded, wheel weights on all 4 wheels, it has new 6 volt battery,it has a couple oil drips but nothing to bad, i put this box blade with it its kinda cool for keeping drive way smooth have not tried to do much with it, paint is new would be great for parades or to take to shows,there are a lot of new parts,new points, new plugs, new belts on motor,new coil, new starter switch, new amp gauge,new oil, new seat and back rest,I ... moremade a step for tractor that is very nice to get on and off you can see it in picture 7, very good driving cub,thanks for looking, Ps I put a lot of time and money in this cub, all tin was taken down to bare metal and I used primmer and enamel paint and clear coated it not just a fast paint job, thanks again for looking, Joe
