HOT Fairbanks Morse magneto w/kill switch J4B3 allis chalmers WC tractor B C WD
This listing is for a Fairbanks Morse magneto. it is VERY HOT. SHOTS FIRE LIKE CRAZY. It is 30 degrees and turns RH. it is a type J4B3 it will fit the Allis chalmers letter series tractors. B-WD. This magneto does have the hard to find kill switch on the backside. I believe these were used only on a few years on the model WC. it should work on other AC tractors. You may have to change the kill switch. I cleaned it removed the impulse and cleaned it as well. It has a newer style coil. The points look good. I replaced the inside distributor cap with a used cap. I do not see anything cracks in either cap. Anyone who has been around a Fairbanks magneto knows how easy it is to damage the inner cap. The gears look pretty good. They do show normal wear. This auction is for a good working Wico flange mounted model XH3001 magneto. It has a NEW rotor with a nice used cap. I can see the timming mark clearly through the small window.It fires very well. It turns clockwise. it is a replacement magneto for the fairbanks Morse J4B3 or X4B3 magneto. This magneto has a kill screw terminal on both sides of the housing. it is in very good condition. Fires well. Snaps well. Will also replace the Case 4JMA and Farmall H4(RH) magneto. HIS DAD HAD STARTED OVERHAULING IT AND BECAME TO ILL TO FINISH(SINCE DIED) THESE WERE IN A BOX ON TOP OF THE TRACTOR. IT LOOKS LIKE HE CLEANED THEM UP. THE RODS HAVE SOME CONDENSATION RUST. THE PISTONS FIT WC AND WD. THE RODS FIT WC WD AND WD45 LET ME KNOW IF YOU ALSO NEED THE SLEEVES AS WELL. THEY ARE STILL IN THE BLOCK.

Allis Chalmers tractor WD Antique Vintage 1940's-1950's?
Allis Chalmers WD Tractor. Don't really know what year it is. Maybe 40's-fifties? It a good running 4 cylinder with working 3 point hitch and the hydraulics work as well as the PTO. The carb has just been freshly rebuilt and it starts and runs good. Here is what I know is wrong with it: The paint is faded and the tires are weather cracked but hold air well. The gas tank needs redone on the inside. It has surface rust in it. I have a small temporary plastic tank mounted on the side of tractor. It is a 12 volt system but does not include a battery.
