72" Lang TSC72 Griddle PLEASE READ THE FULL DESCRIPTION By bidding on this item you accept the terms stated below. For sale is a used 72" Lang TSC72 Griddle. This griddle is in pretty good overall cosmetic condition. Though it could use some cleaning prior to being put back into use. The shown backsplash is in good condition. The griddle is mounted to a stand w/ wheels and the unit rolls well. Please refer to the pictures provided below for more details on the condition of the item. We were able to test this unit out by wiring into our 208VAC 3-phase power. The right-side of the griddle heated up when we set it to. But at maximum heat setting it only got up to about 220F. We believe there may be an issue with the temperature probes. We then tried out the left-side. But had more issues. The first time we tried it it would not power ... moreon or heat up at all. We tried it a 2nd time later and it did work. Two of the three sections heated up to the same about 220F, but the third got up to about 320F. After heating for awhile it stopped working. We have not tried it again. But believe there might be a short or similar in the controller for the left-side. Due to the few issues. This griddle will be sold as-is.
