Instapak 901 Machines & Chemicals Foam in Place Systems Sealed Air Part A & B
For sale is three sealed air brand foam in place machines with chemicals. You are getting everything in the pictures. We had one of these units in production until about six months back. We purchase 2 other units used when our original unit failed with a error code to try and keep it running. Now the last Part A hose appears to have failed and we are selling everything. If you buy these units and you have never used one or worked on one before you are going to have trouble! They are messy and the parts from Sealed Air are out of sight expensive. That said. The chemicals alone are worth $2500.00. List of what is included: 1)901 system with cables and controllers- inop(2) 970 system with cables and controllers- missing parts- inop(1) 55 gallon drum of part B chemical(1) partial 55 gallon drum of part B chemical- about 35- 40 gallons left(1) ... morepartial 55 gallon drum of part A chemical- about 35- gallons left As far as I remember all the cables are complete and in good condition except one has a burn on it. 1) full gallon of gun cleaner The controller for the 901 has a error code coming up about temperature in a hose. A controller for the 970 was used to replace it and not much investigating was done. The other 970 controller was never hooked up. The 970 controllers"appear" to be the same as the 901 controller and it worked in our system for a 970 to control the 901 pumps. Both of the Part A pumps from the 970 system need repair due to the part A chemical hardening inside them. One of the 970 pumps is missing parts and possibly the other 970 pumps is missing parts. There was only one working gun and it might have problems too. I don't remember. The other two guns are missing the stainless steel plunger at the tip. Plus filters inside the these two guns have been robbed. Included is three hose and cable hangers. These are the crescent moon looking things about 24" long.
