As another user mentioned. Check all holes to ensure no fabric is covering them before you trying screwing any bolts in. Another helpful tip is to screw in all of the bolts at the same time. Do not completely tighten one bolt and then move onto the next, as you will have alignment issues. I couldn't even imagine how someone could break one of these chairs during the"drop" test. They are extremely sturdy chairs with firm, but comfortable cushions. I absolutely recommend! tinapr1 from Tampa.
