Staco variac rated for 140v and 3.75 amps output. Everything works but it's a bit rough. Power cord seems to be a retrofit as the protection for the entry hole doesn't fit properly and the cord is loose(see photo) Or perhaps there's a part missing. Outlet has a corner broken off and there are dents in the housing. See photos for indication of output voltage. Power indicator light works. Great for slowly bringing up most vintage tube amps(which benefit from a slow increase in voltage if they haven't been used in a long time) There's a second Staco 1.75 amp variac that I haven't been able to get to work. For sale is a good working Staco Variable Autotransformer Model 2PF 1010. Tested working. Input = 120 Volts@ 10 KVA. Output = 0- 120/ 140 Volts( switchable) 10 A. Item shows wear. scratches. Scuff marks and some paint residue. Also, the fuse holder has small chipped surface but it locks and holds fuse in position. Line cord is good except for a small break of insulation at case end. Type W20-4301 7739 359 is stamped on top& written in marker is 240V In& 7 Amp. The brush? is marked VET-12. Guess the old guy didn't want to splurge for the extras as he has written numbers around the top plate. Attached a wood knob& wood back plate. This is a nice looking Variac 3 phase AC power supply. Completely unused and untested by me. I have no idea of its history other than by referencing the attached tag. Looks like something out of an electrical science lab. Also looks well-built and old-school. I listed condition as not-working- for parts only simply because I am not able to test and verify functionality.
