These components were salvaged from an early projection-type home theatre system that used a precision control system to position and focus the projection lens. The motor is a Compumotor model#71-006875-02-S/1460, serial# 69872AX57-51 Code A. It is equipped with a drive gear, friction clutch and connecting cable. The encoder is a BEI Motion Systems model L25G-F4-1000-ABZC-7406R-LED-EM18, part# 924-01008-1398, serial# M4713. Manufactured 11/10/88, VDC in= 5. It is equipped with an anti-backlash gear and connecting cable. We don't have the electronics that would employ these precision components, but if you have background in steppers and encoders, that won't be a problem.
