I'm not sure exactly what's wrong with this. I removed it from a Skeeball Lightning machine that had too much wood damage to repair. It powers up fine. Runs through the startup tests, and seems ok for a little while, then it starts producing loud crackles through the speakers and seems to have some graphics anomalies. Could be as simple as a new software chip. Could be some other damage, I'm not sure. These cost a fortune from Skee ball so you could, repair this yourself or send to them for repair.
