Far stub shaft outside of bearing is bent. Front bearing mounts are cracked. However, 2 of 4 mount holes remain. I've made adapter plates to mount a Nema 23 stepper motor. Ballscrew assembly is in great functional shape. THK LM Guide linear ballscrew actuator. Double block style. The aluminum motor mount casting is cracked so only 2 of 4 mount holes remain. I've machined a NEMA 23 stepper motor mount plate and works just fine with the two holes instead of 4. Input shaft is 6mm diameter. Pitch is 10mm/ rev Bearings are in good shape. As well as ballscrew, motion is fine just looks ugly on the stub shaft(non-motor end) and the stepper mount casting. Hydraulic actuator jack lift hoist linear wheelchair lift robot Smiths 3821 lbs
This actuator was removed from a person lift used to get people in and out of wheelchairs. Baths, beds, etc. It works fine, the problem was somebody broke the shaft off the release valve. see picture) There is enough shaft left to put a knob on, or you could order a replacement. The broken shaft would not reach out of the coverings so they decided it was beyond repair? The motor is 24 volt d.c. and it runs smooth and quiet. The 17KN translates to 3821 pounds of lift. the travel is 7 and 9/16 inches. This device is not designed to support any side loads so it would have to be built into a hoist or lift. Nema 34 Offset Motor Mount This auction is for a used linear ballscrew actuator that is in very good physical condition and excellent working condition. The ballscrew is precision ground 16mm dia. x 10mm pitch. The rails are heavy-duty 20mm dia. Full-supported rails. There is a single carriage that measures approx. 6" x 6" and has a max travel of approx. 12-1/2" There are also(2) internally mounted proximity sensors connected to a plug on the back of the actuator. The actuator has an offset motor mount for a nema34 size motor. The output shaft of the ballscrew is 10mm diameter. This actuator also has an accordian style bellows cover to prevent dust& debris from getting on the ballscrew or linear tracks.
