For auction here is an extremely unusual example of the Servite or"seven sorrows" rosary! The medals feature the hallmark of the engraver Vachette– the same Parisian engraver who is responsible for designing and engraving the original Miraculous Medal in 1832! You can Google"Adrien Vachette" to learn more about this gifted engraver. The matching set of Alpaca or"German silver" medals is in excellent condition. The scenes are extremely clear and crisp.
