Pelton & Crane Validator 8 Regular Autoclave Sterilizer "Sweet Deal"
This is a used Validator 8 Regular/Old Style autoclave that has been cleaned. Calibrated, and tested. We received it non working conditioning and diagnosed it and repaired it. The unit is running in some of the pictures so you can see it up to temperature. I cleaned out the reservoir and chamber and inspected all wiring connections. It is in great working condition and comes with tray rack, 1 small tray and 1 large tray. Another tray can be ordered for you by a medical dealer. The outside of the unit looks ok but you can see some wear on it. Our Process: We repair autoclave of almost all types, makes, and models. In effect of doing this we run into a lot of working and non working units. Some of these units become parts machines and some are what we call rebuild able cores. The good rebuild able cores are usually more rare as most doctors ... morewill use the unit to about its max. We diagnose every unit that comes in the door. We then deem it to be one of the other. The ones that are rebuild able are repaired and then we replace the parts that fail the most frequently. We open up and clean out all the solenoids, valves, check all the wiring, and connections to make sure their is no corrosion or debris that may make the units fail. Once the repair of the unit is done we move on to testing. All repaired units are then tested extensively(15 cycles at least) If there is one failure in any of the cycles we send the unit back and it starts the entire process over. When a unit finishes testing and checks out good then it is pictured and listed on eBay. Once a purchase is made and payment is received we pull the unit down and run complete cycles for the entire day. With dry time included each cycle is about an hour long, so it gets tested about 8 more times. The next day it is packaged and shipped out. All units will ship no later then 3 days of receiving payment but in most cases it is in 2 days. We ship anywhere in the continental United States. ANTIQUE VINTAGE PELTON CRANE DENTIST DOCTOR FLOOR LAMP LIGHT MID CENTURY MODERN
This is a very rare Pelton& Crane Co primitive dentist/doctor floor light. It is in working condition and is a very solid piece. It swivels and bends exactly as you would hope and holds firmly in whatever position you put it though it is easy enough to adjust. It is very well made and has a very heavy base for ultimate stability. The lens is blue until lit and everything appears to be original. A small switch on the underside of the light turns it on and off. It works perfectly much of the time but sometimes you need to wiggle it a little. It measures approximately 62" tall at its maximum height and 14" in diameter at the base. Overall an excellent and rare piece that would make a nice addition to any home. This is a used Magna Clave. Nice-looking lite damage to front lower right corner from moving more of a ding. All seems to be in working order( except for; possibly the timer or pressure switch) Unit gets up to set temperature and up to working pressure but timer does not start. You can possibly use this unit as is with a secondary timer to time the sterilization process. Everything else seems to function perfectly, ran threw cycles a few times, heats up to op temp and pressure vents fine, fills and door lock fine. An electrician look at this and found it was possibly one of the two parts. The"Pressure Switch" or"Timer" For these parts it's under $200. for both. This unit is a very high-end. High-quality! This is a used Pelton Crane Delta 10 autoclave that has been cleaned. Calibrated, and tested. We received it non working conditioning and diagnosed it and repaired it. The unit is running in some of the pictures so you can see it up to temperature. I cleaned out the reservoir and chamber and inspected all wiring connections. It is in great working condition and comes fill plate and 1 large tray. More can be ordered for you by a medical dealer. The outside of the unit looks ok but you can see some wear on it. Our Process: We repair autoclave of almost all types, makes, and models. In effect of doing this we run into a lot of working and non working units. Some of these units become parts machines and some are what we call rebuild able cores. The good rebuild able cores are usually more rare as most doctors will use the unit to about its max. ... moreWe diagnose every unit that comes in the door. We then deem it to be one of the other. The ones that are rebuild able are repaired and then we replace the parts that fail the most frequently. We open up and clean out all the solenoids, valves, check all the wiring, and connections to make sure their is no corrosion or debris that may make the units fail. Once the repair of the unit is done we move on to testing. All repaired units are then tested extensively(15 cycles at least) If there is one failure in any of the cycles we send the unit back and it starts the entire process over. When a unit finishes testing and checks out good then it is pictured and listed on eBay. Once a purchase is made and payment is received we pull the unit down and run complete cycles for the entire day. With dry time included each cycle is about an hour long, so it gets tested about 8 more times.
