Bachmann Spectrum Magnum Power Supply Controller- I got this 2nd hand and have no track to test with. Tested with a Voltmeter: Fixed Accessory Output is 18 VAC with no load. Variable Track Output is 0-15.3 VDC with no load. Directional function works. Further testing with leads touching the wheels of different locomotives were all successful.
