Comes in non-original packaging. This unit is in Good cosmetic condition from a few feet away but only Fair-to-Good up close. The paint has a few spots of painted lettering and adhesive residue. As well as some bubbling(probably rust) and there is some minor corrosion by the top/back corner. Notes: This unit is in Good working condition. We used our own cable and nutrunner(not included) to verify that it gives repeatable torque and angle results. No other testing was done. The clasp on the back panel was not holding properly(probably why there was corrosion) ... moreBut with a little adjustment, we were able to get the back panel fastener into shape and now it holds firmly. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
