The top of the spoon has the state crest and motto. A mule or horse, and man waving could be a miner. then the word Colorado with the arch in the Bowl. On the back of th espoon there is an Archer drawing his bow back and shooting an arrow into the sky. the shaft of the back of the spoon has the archers quiver with 3 arrows in side. The spoon is marked Sterling. With an"S" inside of a circle. The spoon is 5.25 inches long and 1 and 1/8th inches wide at the bowl. The spoon weights 14.9 grams or 0.52 ounces. 2. Manufactured at Turn of the 20th Century, Caulk's was one of the countries largest suppliers of Dental Supplies. This Clear Caulk's Bottle is Embossed on the Front, Caulk's Crown- Bridge And Gold Inlay Cement. The Base is Embossed with the Number 13 and the Back of the bottle is Indented, perhaps for a label. This Caulks Dental Cement Bottle is all of 1 1/4" tall, 1 1/4" wide at the Base and the Mouth is 7/8" wide. The condition is Excellent. No chips. Cracks, pings, dings or repairs. Offered here without reserve is this rare 19th C cement pheasant lawn ornament that retains its original paint and glass eyes. There are NO repairs or restorations to the cement itself or the hand wrought iron feet and. Under black light, only some minor touchup to the paint on the bottom of the bird. nothing of any consequence. As for dimensions. He's 27" long from beak to tail, 14 1/2" high including the spike at the foot and appx 5" wide at its widest point. Otherwise, I think my pictures tell the whole story. This is a heavy piece and, absent its rather crude base, weights appx 15 lbs. The seller is offering a very rare original Kodachrome slide of the Canadian-flag 1930-built Canada Cement Transportation Co cement carrier CEMENTKARRIER as shown while in Canadian waters in September 1968. She was sold out of the Fleet in 1979. This remarkable sharp view was taken from shoreside with a 35mm SLR camera using a high quality 50mm standard lens. I can attest that this slide is devoid of marks. Scratches and blemishes as well as to its high quality, much better than this low resolution scan.
