Deutz diesel engine F4L 2011
This engine was pulled from a Lincoln 500 Vantage welding machine. The welding machine has a bad stater and I have decided not to fix the machine. The welder hour read out is 3950.5 hours. I used this machine for 400 hours and have not had any issues with the engine. I have a video of the engine running just before pulling it out. I can email you video if requested. I will send with this machine a new air filter housing with filter and fuel filter. Engine will be palletized in a wooden box for shipping and I will load.

As view facing flywheel. Both cylinders compression test at over 400psi-80 psi of oil pressure at idle(800+/ rpm) starts instantly on the coldest days with enrichment feature for cold starting on the Bosch injection pump. This is a set of 6 Bosch Injectors. This set came out of a running Deutz 1015 V6 engine. The engine powers a Bomag compactor. They were replaced as per the maintenance schedule in the service manual. The injectors have 4000 hours on them. The engine was running fine with no problems when the injectors were removed. The Bosch part number on the injector is 4263302. The Bomag part number is 05717818. These injectors have not been tested or cleaned. There were removed and put in the package the new ones came in. These injectors are not guaranteed. Deutz F2L1011 Diesel Engine I took this engine out of case 360 trencher 5 years ago it has been in storage and ran excellent at the time so I tried to start it and I'm not getting high pressure from the injection pump I was told they need to be cleaned or replaced I started the engine with wd40 oil. Deutz 65 HP Diesel Engine with Clutch and PTO
I'm selling a Deutz F4L912 air cooled 4-cyl 65HP Diesel engine that starts good and runs smooth. No smoke. It is running in the pictures. This is on an industrial size leaf vacuum/loader that I bought to use, but the impeller is too worn to mulch leaves. It will vacuum and load but won't mulch. The expense of rebuilding the impeller is more than it is worth for my use. This would make a great portable or stationary power unit. It has a lever operated disk clutch. Starter and alternator are in good shape. It is mounted on an extremely heavy pintle-hitch trailer. THE BID PRICE IS FOR THE ENGINE AND CLUTCH/PTO ONLY.
