I tested it with a borrowed Cisco PoE adapter(not included) and it powers up and asks if I want to configure it. Then it asked for the password. The default pw is* and that worked. I factory defaulted it and was able to login after it got a number from our DHCP. Here is the web interface for the phone. It's working! There is no Cisco PoE adapter or power supply included with this listing. So you will need to either provide Cisco legacy pre-standard PoE, get a suitable Cisco PoE adapter and power supply or use one of the methods described on this interesting page.
