Manual Screen Printing Press. Six color x four station
This commercial quality press was manufactured by C.A.P.S screen printing company. It's ten years old but has had light usage. The press is free of ink and spray-tack over-spray. Each print head has micro-registration and off contact adjustment. The main shaft bearings are in great shape and the press rotates very easily. Two of the pallets are in perfect condition. The other two pallets are scorched but function fine. The auction is for the press only. none of the other items visible in the photos are included. Screen Printing Kit w/ Exposure Unit. 2 color with 1 station press with the ability to be upgraded to a 4 color, 4 station press. 3 screens(two cleaned) 4 squeegees, 3 metal spatulas, heat gun, big wash tub, platen, transparent sheets, adhesive + scrapers, two light units with special bulbs and stands/clamps, rubber pad, glass plate + suction handle, timer, about 4-5 ink color pigments(may be too old for use now but I will still include them) big blue wash bin, possibly more I can't remember everything. I originally purchased this as a full kit off of ebay a few years ago for $699. And then I bought a separate kit for the exposure unit and a bunch of odds and ends pieces like the heat gun, transparent sheets, ect. It is a two color, one station press for now, you have the ability to add three stations more later on if you choose to and ... moretwo more color arms as well. All three of the screens have been used before, and only two of them are cleaned. The third one has a logo with emulsion on it and may be too old to have removed. They are metal screens, really big(I believe the screen area is 18"x24) The squeegees are completely clean and in perfect shape as well as the metal spatulas for applying ink. The exposure unit is in perfect shape and includes the lights, bulbs, clamps/stands, the black rubber pad, the glass plate and the plate suction handle. Plus there is a big, blue wash bin for rinsing out the screens. I will throw in my heat gun as well. I think that might be all, but I could be forgetting a few things. There are a LOT of pieces. Also something to keep in mind is that it needs to be bolted down to something. I used an old dresser and it worked really well(see the pictures) I will carefully ship everything in the big wash bin + packing peanuts and bubble wrap. See the pictures I posted for a better idea of what it looks like. For auction are two small cut pieces of 12xx screen printing mesh(140 threads per inch) One measures about 9.5 by 11 inches and the other 10 by 12.5 inches. They do have slightly crooked cut edges and small holes along the edges where they were stapled to a frame. They are unused(sorry I couldn't really get a closeup picture) And the middles of the material are very good shape. Nice for making your own small screen printing frames. Brown Athletic Block 8" Numbers Screen Printing Frames Set of 4 Frames Nice set of 4 frames for Brown Mgf NumberPrinter machine. These frames are for printing 8" Athletic Block Numbers on jerseys. One set will do solid numbers and the second set will do the outlines in a second color. The business that I am selling these for is not doing jerseys any more. So they are being sold. They were purchased new and were only used a couple of times so they are in really good condition. These are used. So they have a some old printing ink, but they are in good used condition. Screen meshes have no holes or tears and they are nice and tight on the frames. I can only see one mesh edge that is coming loose a bit at one corner(see photo) A few marks on the frames from mounting, not bad at all. Set of 4 frames.
