Nikken Rotary Table Indexer CNC-500V Bostomatic 605 500mm
Huge Nikken rotary table that was used on a Bostomatic 605. This unit was purchased as part of a package with a machine. It is just too big for us to use. The backlash measures 0.00025" at the face outer diameter. As you can see from the pictures. It is clean and hasn't been crashed, dropped, or abused. If you machine big things. This may be a cheap way to add the flexibility of a 4th axis. Nikken indexers are the top of the line. This one would cost well over $100,000 new. Item was tagged as possibly needing a motor encoder. We were going to replace it. But the encoder is usually changed when adapting a table to a different make of machine tool anyway. Selling a Troyke 30" full 4 axis CNC vertical/horizontal mount rotary table with a Fanuc 20m servo motor. Manufactured in 1984. It comes with a freshly machined aluminum subplate with 1/2-13& 1/2" dowel pin holes in alternating 1" pattern. Full part number is NC-30-RH-PC-S-180, where the NC stands for CNC, the 30 for 30" dia. table, the RH, for Right hand, the PC for Pulse Coder, the S for standard& the 180 for a 180-1 gear reduction. This rotary table is in excellent condition. I purchased it in 2007 for a job that required a lot of rotary work. It was a large aluminum part that required a lot of 4 axis work. I ran it for about 1 year with no problems at all. It can take a beefy cut with no vibration because of the massive 20m Fanuc servo drive and is very accurate. When I finished the job I have had very little ... more4 axis work with no production runs. So it has sat for about 6 years except for a few times I used it, last time about 6 months ago. You can adapt this rotary table to any CNC mill that meets the size& power requirements, it may take changing the connectors, but in most cases they are pretty standard. This rotary table is in excellent working condition whether you need it for accuracy or taking heavy cuts it can do the job, Troyke is the highest quality in rotary tables. It comes with original blueprint& wooden box it was shipped in. I can load it on a truck or rig. I may or may not put it in the original box. It is on a pallet now.
