Used in a manufacturing environment years ago. This unit was placed in storage after being used, and has remained there until now. Recently removed from storage, this scope was dusted off, and then minimally tested. Offered today is this LEADER brand oscilloscope. Model LBO-310A. Limited testing was performed, and consisted of inputting sine, square, triangle, and sawtooth signals at 1volt peak to peak, 1 KHz, and then observing the displayed waveforms. See the images above for details regarding the condition of the scope. The oscilloscope measures 12" deep, 7" high, and 5" wide. The LBO-310A offers sufficient bandwidth. Dc to 4 MHz. for many low frequency applications ... moreincluding audio and even video waveform observations. Because it is a recurrent sweep scope, it lacks a calibrated time base. However, many observations and tests do not require precise time measurements and even these can be arranged when the period of the observed signal is known. When used as an X-Y scope, the LBO-310A can be set up as a stereo monitor, Lissajous display, a phase indicator and a dedicated display for sweep alignment. In"The General Radio Experimenter. Vol. V. No.11, is an extensive article about the General Radio String Oscillograph with an attached Camera, written by Horatio W. Lamson in April of 1931; to read the fascinating article. There were only a few hundred of these built and only few survived. In picture#11& 12 you can see the octagonal rotating mirror. Similar to the rotating mirror of a mechanical televisor. Above the mirror you can see the reminder of the transparent celluloid on which the signal was projected onto a paper. The paper which was hold in place by the celluloid film had fine lines for the amplitude of the signal and vertical lines for the time axis. The paper and celluloid film which is damaged on this String Oscillograph is shown in pictures#12& 13. It looks like the celluloid had chemicals which over time released an aggressive substance which clouded the mirror and oxidized some of the surfaces of untreated metal parts inside the view chamber which can be closed to keep the light o

Mine are from the 1980s when they solved the solder not wetting the 6 power transistor sockets that were afflicting their 1970s boards with intermittent contacts. Depending on whether your mainframe uses a fan or not or if it's a rack version. Orientation may change but board is the same. It can also be used in the 7403N and 7313 models. Since I have multiple quantity of these. Date codes on those you'll get may differ from photo. The AA cell in the last photo is just a size reference. Mailing is based on a small flat rate USPS Prio Mail box in which 1 board barely fits. You are bidding on a Tektronix Type P6028 probe. Probably for an oscilloscope, with its original paperwork. The type is 010-0122-00, indicating that the cord is 9 feet long, but I did not measure it. Some of the accessories are installed, but I do not know how to test this probe. The paperwork indicates a 1970 date. This should be useful for someone. Shipping weight is 9 ounces.
