Calibrated zoom range is 6.7X to 40X, infinitely variable, with the included BRAND NEW wide-field WF10X/20 30mm diameter eyepieces, HIGH-RELIEF for very comfortable viewing with or without eyeglasses. The OLYMPUS SZ4045 ESD(electro-static discharge) is identical to the SZ4045. Except that the pod is made of electrically conductive polymer that dissipates static electricity. The interocular distance is adjustable. And includes diopter adjustment. The gears in the focusing mount are in fine shape, and the boomstand has a wrist articulation.
